Missed 200 Club draws from last season. Monies for prizes and 200 club will be issued to team captains in next few days. Team captains will distribute as appropriate. Well done to all competition winners and runners up.
Betty Scrimgeour
With sadness we learn of the passing of one of our leagues best players. Betty has her name on nearly all of our trophies also representing our league at super league and inter county level. A truly excellent darts player but more so a lovely lady and friend to many.
Our sincere condolences go to Susan and the family. Rest easy Betty.
Hi ladies, hope everyone is keeping safe and well!
After discussion with captains and team members it was agreed that the 2019/20 season would be ended without completing the season. I have added below the league positions and competition winners who we will arrange to pay.
In regards to the 200 club it was agreed that would be completed for the season therefore, if all teams if not already done so could contact Fiona to arrange to pay and once this has been done we will complete the draw.
With the McRae charity money and raffle we are still working out options for this.
League positions are as follows:
Winners - Ormonds
R-up - Halfmoon
3rd - Malthouse
4th - Saints Club
Singles winner - Clare Cruickshanks
Runner up - Jane Orr
Preston winner - Ormonds
Runner up - Malthouse
Inch park winners - Michelle Cruickshanks Ormonds and Dawn Thompson Malthouse
Runners up - Ashley Paddick Saints and Helen Dobbie malt house
Captains cup winner - Lesley Macleod
Runner up - Margaret Bannerman
Forbes fours winner - Ormonds
Runners up - Halfmoon
Doubles winners - Karen Cruickshanks and Jane Orr ormonds
Runners up - Michelle Cruickshanks and Natasha Paddick ormonds
The triples, McRae and average player were unable to be completed and prize money will follow on to next season.
Any question please feel free to contact any of the committee.
Thanks Michelle x
Evening all
Hope everyone is keeping safe and well.
Myself, Karen and Fiona have been in discussions around the league and the options available to us.
Due to the uncertainty of the current situation it is unlikely that darts will resume anytime this year. Given that the 19/20 season should have been completed and the 20/21 season started I think it would be unwise to continue with previous arrangements of using the start of the 20/21 season to finish the 19/20 season. What has been proposed is completing the 19/20 season with the league as it currently stands and paying out for competitions that have been played. If all teams were in agreement we would also look to pay up the 200 club and complete the rest of these draws online.
In terms of the 20/21 season this is something that we can still review once we have further information and may result in having to shorten the league.
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated however, ultimately this will come down to each team having a vote and a decision will be made,
Thanks
Michelle

Hi all
Hope everyone is keeping safe and well!
Due to the ongoing uncertainty regarding when we will be allowed to restart darts leagues, it has been agreed by the committee that there is little to gain from holding this years AGM until we have more information.
We will keep you informed as the government update there guidelines.

League update:
The committee and team captains have discussed how we move forward with the league based on the current situation. It has been agreed that we will place a hold on the league at the moment. When we start the 20/21 season, the start of the season we will play the missed games to finish the league off. This will not make next years season any longer. A league table will be posted shortly.
Any questions please contact myself, Karen or Fiona.
Thanks and stay safe x
Due to the recent health situation the committee and team captains have agreed to postpone all league games until the game on 31st March however, we will continue to review the situation and advice given. Please can all team captain make their pubs aware.
