📣 Important Info for All Clans:

✅ Waivers: Every Clan member must sign their waiver before the event.
📲 Registration: Only one member per Clan needs to check in — but only if all waivers are completed. Bring your QR code!

🕒 Schedule Note: Times are a guideline and may shift slightly based on the day’s flow.
🔥 Heat Times: Know yours and be ready. Warm-up area opens 15 minutes before your heat.

🏋🏽‍♂️ Warming Up: Feel free to warm up elsewhere, but keep all equipment in the designated area.

⛺ Shelters: Bringing your own? Great — but tie it down securely. You can leave it up for the weekend at your own risk.
