Like human beings, the shorter winter days slow up the work rate of the girls. Slightly fewer eggs just now but some young guns waiting in the wings to join the team.
This means we have around x50, year old birds looking for new homes. Get in touch if you are interested.

Beautiful view down to The Brig yesterday afternoon while crop walking with grampa. Phacelia flowers really bringing in lots of bees too.

Despite being called Gooses Free Range eggs, these are the first geese that I have had. My football nickname was Goose ( Angus) Great wee critters

There are still a few Road Rock laying hens for sale. Into their 2nd year but still lay lovely eggs. £6 each. Can deliver and advise any potential customers.

Finally! You can now buy my free range eggs from the farm road end which is about a mile nearer Perth than the Brig Farm Shop. Just pop your money in the slot and help yourselves. Of course if youd like like them delivered I can pop them to your door on a Sunday teatime. Thanks

Misty morning start for the ladies today. Hoping the sun comes out so we can carry on with the harvest.
