🤹FREE Climbing Pop In and Play! 🤹

What is Pop In and Play? These are parent supervised toddler climbing and play sessions. A fun, safe introduction for little ones. No minimum age, but best suited for confident walkers to get the most from the session. 🧗

Classes can be booked via the Technogym app which can be found and downloaded from the app store. You must have completed your PAR-Q form and be signed up to the gym before creating a profile with Technogym. Classes can be booked 10 days in advance. 🤳

📢EXCITING ANNOUNCMENT 📢

Our very own Fitness Manager Arlene and two of ASW's members Heather and Michael are taking on a massive challenge in the name of charity. 💪

The trio are cycling from Lizard Point to Dunnet Head, the southernmost and northernmost points on mainland UK, via Land’s End to John O’Groats in the hopes of raising as much money as they can for PKD Charity - a charity very close to Heather and Michael as Michael himself is living with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). 🚴

The three of them have already begun their training and are showing amazing strength of spirit and determination. They will be covering over a thousand miles this July and their hope is to spread as much awareness as they can about PKD and also raise as much as possible to support the life changing work PKD Charity do. 🗾

The ASW Team are fully behind them all and we will be documenting their journey so be sure to follow along for regular updates! 📸
