Join our Hatha Yoga class for your mobility, strength and relaxation, with an emphasis on posture and breath awareness.
We begin on the mat, moving through all of your major joints to mobilise and prepare for the main poses; working upwards to improve your strength, flexibility and balance before returning back down to the mat to breathe, relax and close the session.
Our sessions are Monday 7pm Online and Friday 10am at Ramana Wellness Centre. Wednesday 7am Morning class coming soon.
