It’s an important one. Please have a look at the policy and contribute your views.

BF is inviting members of the fencing community to take part in a consultation on the proposed U18 Athlete Recruitment Policy and accompanying guidance.

The draft U18 Athlete Recruitment Policy has been developed to provide greater clarity around the recruitment of athletes under 18 and to support ethical, transparent and professional relationships between athletes, parents, coaches and clubs.
