Holidays used to be an excuse to ‘fall off track’ and eat as much as possible. I’d spend months panicking leading up to the holiday, restricting chocolate and all the foods I actually enjoyed in pursuit of getting as small as possible.
To then spend the entire holiday eating, feeling bloated and having 0 energy. Then I’d get home, feeling bloated guilty and go back to restricting myself to lose the 10lb I gained on holiday.
Letting go of that binge and restrict cycle has been absolute freedom for my brain! I’m no longer obsessed about food or thinking constantly about it but instead I’m actually able to enjoy myself and be present in the moment.
If I want desert I’ll have it, but also if I want a salad I’ll have that.
Holidays are meant to be enjoyed! But they don’t have to mean feeling guilty when you get home.

I used to spend weeks before a holiday cutting out carbs and trying to shrink myself down as much as possible.
Packing was a nightmare as I tried to find the smallest size I could squeeze in to (being able to sit down and breathe was a luxury). Or the clothes that covered every lump and bump and made me look as ‘skinny’ as possible.
And no matter the size of my swimwear, I never felt comfortable or confident. Always body checking myself, breathing in or wearing cover ups.
But now having the freedom of being able to go on holiday or hit the beach at a moments notice and feel confident in my swimwear is a feeling I’m never going to get over 🥰
No matter your size or shape, you deserve to feel good and wear that outfit!

Charlie spent years chasing quick fixes and cutting out ‘bad’ food in an attempt to see the scale drop.
She thought that was the only way to lose weight and feel confident again. What it actually did was keep her in a yo-yo cycle and reinforce her belief that she was only good enough if the scales dropped every week. And even when she lost weight her confidence didn’t change.
Since working with me Charlie has done a complete 180! She’s stopped focusing on the scale, demonising food groups, hitting the F*** it button every Thursday, saying ‘I’ll start again Monday’.
Her confidence is through the roof! She’s started training in the gym, finally building the bum and legs she’s always wanted, eating a balanced diet and started prioritising herself and what actually makes her feel good.
When Charlie started with me the thought of prioritising herself filled her with fear and guilt as a mum. There was a couple of stern chats early on 🤣 but she’s absolutely smashed it. And the icing on the cake, was hearing how her daughter had told her how proud she was 🥰

The last couple of weeks have been jam packed 🥰
Lots of travel, photos, classes, PT sessions, dog walks, smiles, clients absolutely smashing it, laughter, and dancing from seeing Yungblud to doing the Macarena at my friends wedding 💜
