Hey guys, how’s life? Need a change?
Need ‘TO’ change?
I’m looking for 4 females looking to lose weight, tone/tighten up, get stronger/fitter, change eating habits/behaviours..... is this you?🤔
The chosen day for availability will be Sunday afternoons, time TBA!
The sessions will be group based (x4)
And last an hour, this includes warm up, main resistance training session & cool down.
The environment is city centre based & non intrusive meaning there will only be the group in the space, which is ideal for people who don’t like being stared at or judged (we ALL start somewhere).
