Zumba with Shoina

Hi ladies, as you know, this past week I have been carrying an injury to my foot and after having it checked out, I have been told to continue resting my foot which will require follow up appointments.
As I am unlikely to be back to full fitness in the next couple of weeks, I have taken the decision to hang up my Zumba Trainers and permanently stop running my Zumba Class.
After 9 wonderful years of running Zumba Classes, I have met so many brilliant women along the way with so many memories. Together we have shared loss, illness, kindness, friendship, companionship and just being there for each other. Through all this we have had the best of times just being us, singing and dancing and let’s not forget the laughter, so much laughter.
Thank you all so much for your support, energy and commitment over the years, it’s meant such a lot to me, I have loved every minute of dancing with you. 🥰

Hi ladies, tomorrow PKC are planning to put in a ramp in at the Centre’s back fire door into the carpark. All weather dependent but just incase they have left machinery etc lying about. See you tomorrow night. 😘

Zumba Class is on tomorrow night at 6.15. who is joining me for a wee boogie and that Monday feeling? 😘

Well can you believe it, there are only 12 Monday Zumba Days before Easter 🐣. So starting Monday 12th let’s make these days count and fill them with dance, fun, laughter, singing and all falling under the banner of ZUMBA. Who knew exercise was so much fun. See you there 🥰

Great Class tonight, very festive and you can blame the naughty elf for all the Crimbo tunes. I am sure we never played any Last Christmas but I was too busy thinking about All I want For Christmas, then I saw Rudolph being chased and people cheering him on shouting Run Run Rudolph by the time he gets home he might Have One More Sleep 🎅🏼 with Santa pleading with him Baby Please Come Home For Christmas so I think I will ask the DJ To Play A Christmas Song for 🧑🏻‍🎄 Mrs Clause . 🤣🤣🤪
