π Do You Struggle With Confidence in the Gym?
Going to the gym can be a daunting experience, especially if you're new to working out or have struggled with your confidence in the past.

We gurantee your training slot week in week out and make your PT sessions part of your weekly routine routine, same time each week to establish a sense of familiarity and routine.

π― STICK TO THE PLAN π―
Checking back in with client Neil after another successful 90 day plan β¬οΈ
At the end of last year he had achieved his initial goal to lose 22lbs prior to Christmas with an amazing 23.5lbs lost β
οΈ (see previous post in Dec)
Fast forward another 3 months from the start of 2023 to present day and he has now achieved an incredible 40lbs+ weight lossπ
What seemed impossible 6 months ago at over 235lbs he is now looking and feeling in the best shape of his life at 195lbs π
Aside from the fact that this is an incredible achievement it goes to show how being consistent and sticking to the plan will bring you great results in the long term π―
π΄ What did we change from the last plan?
- Absolutely nothing, we stayed consistent and focused on the goal π
- We didn't do anything drastic like no carb days π
- We didn't do hours of fasted cardio πͺ
- We didn't restriction our calories to stupidly low π€¦
π΄ What did we do?
- Continue to weight train 3 times a week πββοΈ
- Progressively overload and track our compound lifts β¬οΈ
- On rest days we made sure we stayed active with simple things, we increased our steps with longer dog walks and planned things with the family β€οΈ
We never missed a beat with the plan and are now into a new phase of training π
π΄ 40lbs lost.
