10-1 Thrusters
1-10 Burpees Over Bar

Complete as fast as possible!

This week we’ve got a nice little shoulder burner! 🔥

10 Rounds for time
You go I go

5 DB Snatches
5 DB Overhead lunges
Partner holds a handstand while you complete the reps

Alternate sides each round!

Highlights from last nights Barbell club🏋🏻‍♂️

Last night we took the lifters through technical drills for the jerk and then moved onto block cleans (in the video above) to improve the turn over speed for the clean!

Yesterday we saw some great improvements from some of the new lifters and even the more advanced! Everyone put in 110% last night well done to all! 💪🏼

Conditioning Monday #15

We’re back! This week we’ve got a strongman inspired workout! 🏋🏻‍♂️

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes complete the following

5 D-ball deadlifts
5 Med ball vertical toss

Go as heavy as we can on the D-Ball and light on the med ball!

Simple but effective is the objective here!

Grab a sled,

some weight and start pushing and pulling 🔥

12 min alternating EMOM

1. 15m sled push and pull
2. Rest

Increase the weight every round

This can be done with or without a partner 💪🏼

This week your running and jumping 🏃🏻🤾🏼‍♂️

Partner 15 min AMRAP
You go I go

Partner 1. 200m run
Partner 2. 10 box jumps 5 pull ups
The remainder of the run is Partner 2’s rest

Keep alternating until the 15 minutes is completed ✅

We’re back again with and this time we’re completely the following as fast as possible! 🏃🏻💨

500m row / 10 push press
400m row / 8 push press
300m row / 6 push press
200m row / 4 push press
100m row / 2 push press

But wait! You must increase the weight of the push press every round, let us know how you get on! 💪🏼
