Unfortunately I can't hold the yoga class this evening as I injured my ankle playing tennis at the weekend. Was hoping it might be better but it isn't this week :(

Yoga is ON this evening at the beautiful, gothic Bedford Hall from 6.15pm. Expect a gentle evening flow, with some great sounds to match. For beginners and experts alike.

Lovely session tonight at Bedford Hall as usual! even with a couple of tricky arm balances thrown in there ;)

There will be NO yoga next week due to the fact that the hall is being used as a polling station and we don't want to distract the voters with our downward dogs.

Hey everyone, yoga is cancelled again tomorrow. I'm so sorry but I actually feel like I am still in recovery. This isn't like me at all - I'm almost never sick! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. I also wouldn't want to pass anything on to you all.
