Celebrating 1 year of Joint-Friendly Yoga! 🎉🧘♀️
Today marks a whole year of movement, connection, and supporting happy joints! I’m so grateful for this amazing community that has grown over the past 12 months. We’ve stretched, strengthened, and shared plenty of laughs along the way—plus today, we celebrated with well-earned coffee and cake! ☕🍰
A huge thank you to everyone who has joined me on this journey. Here’s to many more years of moving with ease! 💙

No Yoga Today!
Due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no yoga sessions at the Hodgson centre and Matley today.
Sessions should resume as normal next week.

After a week of slowing down and giving my body the rest it needed, I’m finally feeling ready to step back onto the mat again🌿✨ Being unwell reminded me of how essential it is to listen when our bodies call for rest. I found comfort in simple practices: soothing breathwork, restorative yoga poses, and a warm cup of herbal tea. These moments of self-care helped me regain my energy from the inside out.
Remember, it’s okay to pause, rest, and recharge when you need it. Our bodies know what they need to heal; we just have to listen. Can’t wait to see you all in class soon! 💜
