🌟Have a great day/night out whilst getting fit.
🌟No dance background is needed.
🌟No need to book - Pay as you go
🌟Newbies arrive 15 min before class to check in.
🌟Please bring a towel, water bottle, & trainers as this is an exercise class, so normal shoes aren’t suitable for this class
🌟Car park available at Yarwell, Newborough & West Deeping
🌟Discount available when attending two classes in the the same week
