Delighted to present this .177 Artemis P18, modified!
Features a carbon tank from Best Fittings, bespoke regulator, 3d printed tank rider, FX barrel liner, BSA hammer spring, polished and hardened trigger sear, a UTC moa rail and custom camo paint job. Single shot only, this has been geared towards HFT competition shooting as a custom job for a big name in the airgun world who supplied the gun as well as parts from others as and when requested… We look forward to seeing their progress with it in the future!

Fresh from the awesome guys at DAI, we have in a new project, an unloved Artemis P18. A little love is needed to get it back to standard fettle, and then…. Well, watch this space!

Air Arms TX200 mk3 in today, to be upgraded. Cue the excellent TinBum Tuning maxi pro kit, complete with a parachute seal and short stroke conversion. Now it’s almost unbelievably quieter, just a gentle thud. I threw one of my moderators on it just to see and it was very nearly P*P quiet! Lock time is reduced, and it’s certainly less hold sensitive… I might have to do mine!

So I’ve had questions about the giant pink toy in the last post… meet the fiercest guard dog in the world 🙄

A lovely little blast from the past! A Webley Axsor, client said it’s been shooting badly and losing air since it got serviced about three months ago by a local smith. Welp, if that’s the case, I’d look for a refund… two “o” rings one on top of the other in the transfer port (two on the left) and the fill valve “o” ring was so oversized it had chunks out of it from the spring!
Still, two new ones fitted and it’s as good as new ☺️

A Webley Mk4 with a leak, but it wasn’t coming from the CO2 cartridge seal. A quick strip down and the culprit o ring found!
If your pistol or rifle is CO2 powered, please remember to always put a drop of l**e on the tip before you slip it in! Your o rings will thank you for it and last so much longer

Another Daystate Mk3 in, there’s been a run of them recently! In my opinion, one of the best hunting air rifles out there for ambush shooting. Cheap to buy, laser-like accuracy and cheap to get them serviced. Perfick!

A Gamo Coyote came in, wouldn’t hold on to air. Owner changed the fill port seals after watching a YouTube video and it made no difference - well it turns out that all the rest of the seals were in a bad way, particularly the ones around the valve. The oil had long since turned to gunge too, and had worked its way through the entire rifle and filled the inside of the valve as well! Don’t wait for a problem, keep on top of your maintenance schedule - any gun can only be as accurate as you let it be!

A poorly old (ish… it’s a 2006) HW100 in today, which won’t hold air for any length of time. We found the leak at the gauge cap and through the filler port. Easy peasy, new seals throughout and good as new. But it’s food for thought, if you have an older gun, maybe it’s time to get those seals checked and changed! If they have corners, they won’t be doing their job…

A poorly FX T12 today. New owner has tried “just about every pellet on the market” and nothing will fly in a straight line! Welp, chewed o rings and a kinked barrel will do that… luckily the lads at Bagnall & Kirkwood are on hand, and have all the parts we need to turn this back into the laser accurate monster it should be.
Owner was also considering having a regulator fitted but as we told him, honestly with the bad parts replaced this is one of those guns that just won’t need one…

📸 New Life for an Old Left-Handed Daystate Mk3! 🌟✨
Swipe left to see the transformation! 👈
I'm thrilled to share the incredible journey of this vintage left-handed Daystate Mk3 air rifle. It may have been neglected and non-functional, but with some love and care, it's now a true masterpiece again. 😍💪
First, we tackled the mechanical issues by replacing the seals, previously modded transfer port and fitting a new solenoid, as well as replacing the capacitors & batteries and cleaning/resoldering the tired old board. The heart of this beauty was beating again! 💥
Next, we wanted to make it ambidextrous, so we reshaped the stock to ensure both left-handed and right-handed shooters can enjoy it to the fullest. 🤝
We then stripped away the old varnish and opted for a luscious walnut oil finish. The result is a breathtaking blend of warmth and elegance. 🌳🍃
Now, for the target shooting enthusiasts out there, don't worry! We kept the bolt left-handed for ultimate convenience, especially when shooting at a table. A custom cheek riser brings the eye to a more comfortable height for our favourite, a Pard NV008S LRF scope 🎯
This Daystate Mk3 has been reborn with a new lease on life. It's a testament to the beauty of restoration and the joy of reviving a classic. 🙌✨

Welp, this’ll be why the FX Verminator Mk2 we have in right now won’t hold air… banjo bolt stripped of threads and was held in with… superglue! New threads cut into the breech block, new seals throughout the gun and she’ll be right as rain 👍
