We’ll be making sensible adjustments to keep the intensity at an appropriate level, with an increased focus on slowing things down and working on technique with plenty of hydration breaks.

💧All students must bring a drink of water to keep safe during the classes

💧 HYDRATE • PERFORM • RECOVER 💧

Training hard starts with looking after yourself.

It’s important to stay hydrated before, during and after training — but remember, too much water can be just as risky as too little.

⚠️ Avoid energy drinks — they can cause dehydration and fatigue.

🛑 If you feel unwell, stop immediately and let your instructor know.

Kickboxing is about performance, discipline, and wellbeing — and that starts with smart hydration.
