So today has been another productive day at the GTI hoist workshop. We loaded our fully refurbished Geda 1200ZZP after its return from RG Silverstone race track hotel project.

New doors / pinions / floors / ramp then a good clean with some new signs and a service.

She’s now off for some more hard work at RG Chatfield in London! Hoist number 3! So that’s an Encomat shaft hoist a Geda P22 and then the 1200.

GTI Hoist personnel completely dismantled our Geda 3700 so it could be removed from its shaft position on a london site. It was transported back to our workshop, rebuilt and tested. It has left our works on to its next adventure at The photos show various stages of dismantle and rebuild. God bless her and all who ride in her!

Today the GTI workshop loaded up the gladiator of all transport platforms that we have! The Geda 3700 ZZP with its 3700kg payload. It’s been a tough job rebuilding it at our workshop, but here she is on her way to RG the square in Birmingham for its latest project! Quick turn around and looking clean and fresh to go again.

Another job completed on another successful construction project. Our P22 is now packed up and ready for its return to our workshop to be revamped and serviced before she’s reloaded and onto the next project.

Well done to the GTI hoist dismantle team on this.

Our training Instructor, Scott was back on site in Battersea this week to deliver MCWP Demonstrator training for Autec Training Ltd

Training day today for the GTI Hoist field team. Manual handling training is so important for these guys but even more important is making it specific to what they do. So no cardboard boxes to lift, instead they had mast sections, tie beams, tie tubes, and heavy tool boxes. The exact kind of things they lift on site on a normal day.
