12 week cut is complete, well apart from the fact I’m going to continue for a little bit longer! 🫣😂

6.5kg down in the past 12 weeks, but also 8.9kg down from my heaviest that I hit in Feb! 🤩

Feeling very happy with the progress I’ve made, especially as it was completely sustainable and worked for me all the way through!

I didn’t obsess over perfection every single day or week, and accepted that sometimes things won’t go to plan! 👀

Feeling gooooddd ❤️‍🔥

With 2 trips to London across 3 days, work for 5 days including the morning before closing night show and 11 hours sleep across a 60 hour period I can say I’d easily do it again. Harry (and Shania) you did not disappoint 🤍

Week 11 round up of the cut! 🪷

This week marks the last week of the 12 I dedicated to myself and my progress! Still feeling good and I’m thinking I may continue this cut a little longer!

Yes this week doesn’t look like the best progress, but some weeks are never going to be perfect! What matters most is continuing to progress and prioritise yourself and your goals no matter what! 🤍

Feeling very happy with how things are going, ticking off exactly what I need to each week, and I’m lovinggg the sunny steps each day ☀️

Social plans are still going down with progress still being made and that’s on BALANCE ⚖️

I tend not to share my progress photos, because I absolutely hate them but in the last 16.5 weeks I’ve been the most locked in that I’ve been in a very very long time!

Decided to take some progress pics this morning after hitting my lowest weight since mid October last year and I’m definitely very happy with the comparison 🔥

This has been done whilst still enjoying a balanced social life, and working full time! Some weeks I don’t have time to get absolutely everything ticked off, and sometimes I certainly haven’t made the best decisions based on my goals, but either way, I’ve made positive changes and the results are coming through! 👀

I still have some work to do, but I’m glad I’m no longer feeling tired, and uncomfortable like I was back in February 😌

Currently feeling much more comfortable in my own skin, I have more energy and I’m feeling stronger too! 🤩

None of this could be achieved without a fixed plan with daily non-negotiables that fit into my everyday life!
