Taekwondo grading, 6th of September
Wednesday the 2nd of September will be the last day to pay and hand your grading forms in‼️

Grading forms will only be handed out in class ONLY when we think you are ready

If you have any questions regarding grading please talk to us in class

Whether you’re hitting pads, sparring, drilling, or conditioning, make sure you’re staying hydrated and listening to your body. Heatstroke and dehydration can affect anyone, regardless of experience level.

💧 Drink plenty of water
☀️ Take breaks when needed
👊 Train smart, not reckless
🚨 Know the warning signs and look after your training partners

Your progress is important, but your health comes first.
