Great class last night, congratulations to Hannah on passing her green belt grading and Howard on his red belt.

Well done to all of you that stayed the distance at tonights class, shame on you if you dropped out! Perseverance and indomitable spirit ring a bell in any ones mind? To be a Black Belt you need to live by theses and the other three!!!

Taekwon-Do Explosion 2012 on Sunday, 21st October, 2012. The few who went from our club last year did very well :o)

Good class all, we still have a lot of work to do before the Black Belt grades in December though! Keep at it people :o)

Please remember to bring your licence and training fees with you.

Due to a school event there will be no class on the 26th April, which is NEXT week classes as normal this week :o)

No classes for two weeks due to the school holidays, keep training at home as there will be mock Black Belt gradings when you return!!!!!!!

No class this week folks due to the school half term! We will have to work twice as had next week to make up for it!!!
