The grand question I get asked very often…
“How long will it take until I see results”???
Well, the answer is simple!
It will take as long as it takes. Time varies from person to person depending on how much you apply yourself to what your PT is telling you. 💁🏽♀️
If you follow your training program and meal plan to a T you will see results quickly.
If you mess about, skip sessions or have underlying conditions it will take longer.
It also takes time for your body to adjust to the new lifestyle and start changing, so very often you won’t see results within the first month or so.
But that doesn’t mean you should give up!
Consistency is key.🔑

STICK TO YOUR GOALS
No matter what, no matter how many times you want to give up.
I promise if you stay consistent the changes you want will come!
Changing your lifestyle isn’t easy, and changes do not happen overnight. It takes years to build a physique like mine, and I’m not even satisfied.
Focus on the process, the journey. Do what you like to do, find balance, push yourself.
The amount of times I didn’t see results is crazy! But I never gave up.
And nor should you! ❤️

ANOTHER AMAZING TRANSFORMATION OF MY CLIENT! 🔥
have been my client for past 5 weeks and achieved amazing results! 🤩
She’s put on lean muscle and lost body fat, her weight dropped by 2kg as we didn’t focus on WEIGHT LOSS, we wanted to change the way she looked. Another perfect example of how little your body weight actually matters! 🤘🏼
Lucy wasn’t on a strict low calorie diet either, she was eating 4-5 times a day, still having a homemade pizza night every weekend and enjoying her life. She became stronger and happier.

HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT?
I’m seeing those stupid videos on insta and TikTok with people saying “3 exercises for flat stomach” and you can’t imagine the rage burning inside me!
If it was that simple we would all be slim and healthy! 🤬 Making women do it and wonder why it doesn’t work for them, making others feel like s**t about themselves!
During my bulk I’ve gained 5kg in 3 months. Ended bulk in January and lost 3.5kg already.
Here is few things that have changed:
🔥I’ve added 20-30 minutes steady pace cardio (no high notes as I don’t want to loose muscle) 4-5 times a week to my usual 6 days lifting split routine
🔥replaced chocolate and other unhealthy snacks during work with fruit salad and 3kcal jelly
🔥decreased portion size and amount of cheat meals
I still have snacks and chocolate when I get home! Every damn day! But instead of a slice of cheesecake I’ll have a 50kcal pickup bar. 🤘🏼
To summarise, weight loss starts with little changes. 4 meals a day, portion control, smaller snacks. ❤️
And pizza night on Friday. 😅 don’t forget to live a little!
