If you feel like you are limping your way to the end of the school term, or are feeling the fall out from the recent heatwave (or both!) remember the importance of taking time out to focus on YOU.
It’s so easy to put ourselves on the back burner when there’s so much going on - but remember - you are only able to keep showing up for the people around you as long as you make sure to look after yourself to avoid overwhelm and burnout
Our women’s only yoga classes are a place to do just that; giving you the space to press pause, breathe and focus inwards.
Whether it’s at our weekly sessions or evening retreats there is always a space for you 🤍
Embrace You classes run every Wednesday 8pm at Orton Wistow Community Centre
Our next Evening Retreat is on the 21st August from 7pm in Alwalton

✨ Our Mum & Baby Yoga classes are so much more than just yoga! ✨
These gentle sessions help you:
• Rebuild strength and core stability post-birth
• Ease tension in the shoulders, back, and hips
• Bond with your baby through movement and play
• Boost your energy (yes, really!)
• Connect with other new mums who completely understand
Each session also includes time for a well-earned cup of tea, biscuits, and plenty of chatting - because sometimes, a good conversation is just as important as a good stretch.
Classes run on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and we’d love to welcome you there!
Come as you are-tired eyes, messy hair, fussy babies -it’s all part of the magic.

Yesterday at an event I got chatting to a couple of women who were expecting twins. It got me thinking how I’ve not had any twins in Mum and Baby classes for a little while… so I thought I’d pop on and remind all the twin parents out there that you’re always so welcome. 🤍
Whether it’s my Mum & Baby yoga classes or Baby Massage, I never charge extra for twins. You’ve already got enough to pay for x2! 🥰
I also have a spare pair of hands to help wherever I can - whether that’s cuddling one baby while you settle the other, helping you get into position, or simply making sure you can enjoy a little moment of calm. You absolutely do not have to do it all alone.
My classes are a relaxed, supportive space where every family is welcome, and I’d love to meet you and your little duo. 👶👶
If you’ve been wondering whether a class would work with twins, this is your sign to come along. 💕

I love taking photos of mamas and babies in Baby Massage - we so rarely get photos of ourselves with our little ones that aren’t selfies, right?!
Baby Massage creates so many precious moments so I always try my best to capture them. This one of Imogen enjoying a foot massage was a particular favourite so I had to share it with you all. Looooove sweet little baby feet 🥰
Our next course of baby massage starts on 30th July so if you would like to join in on the loveliness don’t hesitate to get in touch!

🧘♀️🌍 Happy International Day of Yoga! 🌍🧘♂️
One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you need to be flexible to start. The truth? Yoga is for everybody and every body.
You don’t need to touch your toes, balance on one leg, or twist yourself into complicated shapes. Yoga isn’t about being the most flexible person in the room - it’s about connecting with yourself exactly as you are today.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner, a complete beginner, an athlete, a busy parent, someone recovering from injury, or someone who has always thought, “Yoga isn’t for me,” there is a practice that can support you.
The benefits of yoga go far beyond flexibility:
✨ Improves strength and balance
✨ Reduces stress and anxiety
✨ Supports better sleep
✨ Enhances focus and mental clarity
✨ Improves mobility and posture
✨ Encourages mindfulness and self-awareness
✨ Creates space to breathe, pause, and reset
Yoga meets you where you are. Every breath, every stretch, every moment of stillness counts.
This International Day of Yoga, consider giving yourself permission to begin - not when you’re more flexible, fitter, stronger, or less busy, but exactly as you are.
Because yoga isn’t about perfect poses. It’s about feeling better in your body, calmer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
