Hi folks, the fortnightly Qi Gong session is upon us again. Moving forward to moving forms, looking at the Ba Duan Jin form for a ew weeks. Held at the Belsize Community Centre Saturday morning 09:30 - 10:30 (followed by the Middle Frame Tai Chi).

Howdy gang. We will be back to the usual Tai Chi Qigong schedule Tues, Thurs and Saturdays. The only change will be Tuesday evenings, from now on at my house from 7pm, unless it's raining or super cold. Looking forward to seeing you all soon 🙂🙏🏻☯️
