Another good day, judging at the London Tai Chi Championships in June 2026. Susane Hackney accompanied me and did a grand job judging and chatting.🙂☯️

Hi folks, the fortnightly Qi Gong session is upon us again. Moving forward to moving forms, looking at the Ba Duan Jin form for a ew weeks. Held at the Belsize Community Centre Saturday morning 09:30 - 10:30 (followed by the Middle Frame Tai Chi).
