If your child is feeling unwell, overheated, dehydrated, or simply isn’t up to training in these conditions, please keep them at home. There will always be another class, but your child’s health and wellbeing come first.

Due to these extreme temperatures inside the dojo reaching over 35c we have decided to cancel the classes this evening due to health and safety

Kicking & stretching class is on for black belt practice ONLY (18:00)

Classes resume as normal on tomorrow (Friday 10th)
