9am Start 1st run
6pm - Final Run
This is 50km total

Only rule is
We start on the hour

Come and go as you please , do any amount between 1 or them all
Jog,Walk,Cycle
Children β€˜ Dogs welcome absolutely
Your responsibility of course 🩡🩷

I’ll be hosting
And organising
All I generously ask in return
Is Β£2 per hour
All money is going to freinds of anchor ❀️

It’s me asking my friends and family to come along

We’ll be doing a 3km walk/jog, starting with:

🚢 Walk 1 minute
πŸƒ Jog 2 minutes

Feel free to stick with that, or if you’re feeling good, walk less, jog longer, or run the whole way. You do you!

If you’re just starting your running journey or getting back into it, the 1-minute walk / 2-minute jog approach is a great place to begin.

There will also be people running both the 3km and 5km, so everyone is welcome, whatever your pace.
