Back Yard Ultra is back
5km on the hour x10

This is 50km total
Only rule is
We start on the hour
Come and go as you please , do any amount between 1 or them all

Weβll be doing a 3km walk/jog, starting with:
πΆ Walk 1 minute
π Jog 2 minutes
Feel free to stick with that, or if youβre feeling good, walk less, jog longer, or run the whole way. You do you!
If youβre just starting your running journey or getting back into it, the 1-minute walk / 2-minute jog approach is a great place to begin.
There will also be people running both the 3km and 5km, so everyone is welcome, whatever your pace.
