Well done to Cruden bay tonight winning at home against Peterhead in our annual Bill Duncan Friendly. The game was played in rainy conditions but this didn’t stop the good bowling and banter. And the players were treated to a lovely tea from the Cruden bay ladies after the game . At the presentation Carol our President was gifted a lovely gift from Cruden Bay President Mike for our 125 Anniversary.

Dates have been set for our Annual Indoor Friendly matches with Whitehall Bowling Club and Aberdon Touring Club at Aberdeen Indoor Bowling Club (Summerhill). Name sheets on noticeboard at the club.

FIBC is looking to set up a Sunday triples league, open to members and for non members that participate at other outdoor/indoor clubs who would like to play/try indoor bowls. Game times are yet to be confirmed but we would be looking, if we get enough interest at two sessions.
11am - 1pm & from 2pm - 4pm.

Thanks to our Green-keeper crew for all the hard work they have put into the green maintenance this year we all appreciate the time and work you all have put in this season. Also to Linda, Margaret and Harry for the fantastic garden display this year.

Great day at Belhelvie open triples where two of our teams made the semis only to be beaten by Pitmedden and Strichen ladies. once again super organised and the catering was first class. The final was an excellent game where Pitmedden just managed to pip Strichen ladies in the extra end. Well done our semi finalists James Peate,Nicky Campbell and Bill Tulloch and the other semi finalists Michael Watson,Peter Anderson and Scott Ingram.
