β˜€οΈ From Holiday Goals to Holiday Confidence β˜€οΈ

When this client joined in January, her goal was simple – to feel confident stepping into a bikini for her holiday at the end of May πŸ‘™βœˆοΈ

As a nurse working long shifts and busy weeks, she didn’t have endless time to train. So the focus was consistency and small, sustainable changes she could actually stick to.

Over 5 months she went from 67.1kg (10st 8lb) to 63kg (9st 13lb), losing 4.1kg (9lb) πŸ‘

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for sticking by me during this busy period. Between 1-1 sessions, online clients, community centre classes, and starting evenings at my new job… it’s been a lot, but I’m so grateful🫢

Most of you know I’ve now started my new role as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, and i’m loving putting everything I’ve learned into practice already. Community health has always been where my passion lies, so stepping into this full-time role is something I’m really excited for!

From week commencing Monday 4th May, Wednesdays will be my only day for in-person PT in the gym – with morning, afternoon & evening slots (No longer taking on any new in-person clients). I hope to still see as many of you as possible!

Hey guys, happy Monday! Just a quick post to say I’m off this week and taking full advantage of a quieter one.

I’ll be back next week and fully booked 🀩

From May, my 1-1 in-person sessions will take place on Wednesdays only for now, due to commitments with my new jobπŸŽ“If you’d like to pop your name down for May sessions, drop me a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP next week (evening sessions are limited).

Starting at 75.8kg and now down to 73.3kg, achieved in just 7 weeks and a few days through a simple, sustainable approach that fit around her lifestyle.

We focused on just 2 gym sessions per week (upper & lower split) alongside 1 weekly run, as her goal wasn’t just fat loss but also improving her fitness for a new job πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

We also built up her daily movement, increasing her step goal from 7,000 to 10,000, working around her active lifestyle.

Alongside this, we focused on building simple daily habits:
