Peterhead Basketball Club Bloo Toon Bulls is growing fast – and we are now inviting new players to join our journey!
From just one training session on 7th January, we have built a fantastic group of young players who are developing skills, confidence, teamwork, and discipline every week.
And this is only the beginning…

At the beginning of this year, Bloo Toon Bulls started with one simple goal – to give local children the opportunity to learn and enjoy basketball.
What we didn't realise was how quickly a dream could grow.
Now we are taking the next step.
For the first time, we are working to build a Peterhead Men's Basketball Team – a team that will wear the town's name with pride, compete together, and represent our community on and off the court.
Basketball may not be the most popular sport in Peterhead today.
But every great club starts with a handful of people who believe in something before everyone else does.
This isn't just about basketball.
It's about creating opportunities. It's about building friendships. It's about giving people a place to belong. It's about creating something that future generations can be proud of.
Research shows that community sports clubs thrive when they create a sense of belonging, friendship, and pride in representing their community. These are the things that keep people coming back and help clubs grow for years to come.
Whether you've played before, haven't touched a basketball in years, or simply want to be part of a new sporting journey, you are welcome.
