1. Sit-ups will give you a six-pack: sit-ups alone will not give you a six-pack. Achieving visible abs requires reducing overall body fat through a combination of diet and exercise.
2. You need supplements to achieve your fitness goals: supplements can be beneficial, but they're not necessary to achieve your fitness goals.
A balanced diet and consistent exercise routine are the key to making progress.
3. Lifting weights will make women bulky: Women have a fraction of the testosterone compared to men, which makes it very difficult for them to build large amounts of muscle.
Lifting weights will help tone and shape the body, but it is unlikely to make a woman bulky.
