Poor show from who ever was practicing while the course was closed .

Another busy day today clearing out broom next to our 11th tee .

While the course was covered in snow and ice we decided to tidy and clear out the scrub that had over grown the burn next to our clubhouse . We now have a nice feature that can be seen from the balcony.

My staff and I would like to thank our Gents captain Campbell McDonald for the boxes of beer and cider he kindly gifted us for Christmas . It’s very much appreciated.
Hope you all have a merry Christmas and we wish you all the best for 2022 .

A tough 1st morning for the Ladies highland. 32mm of rain in 24 hours was not what we wanted causing bunker washout and blocked drains . 2021 weather can do one!!!!!

Going under the rope to get to the 5th green. It has been put there to help recovery after the Ice damage . Please use the road to the left of the green. The picture below shows how many people are still taking their trolleys up the 5th banking.

-6 again this morning so we will be on winter greens until 9am at both courses .

Both courses are currently closed due to overnight snow. Next inspection will be 10am.

We currently have a very fine dusting of snow on some parts of the course , so all play before 10 am will play to our winter greens and a decision on the rest of the days play will be made then.
