Thank you to everyone who attended our coffee morning and supported us in raising £400 for the much needed services of the Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team, a dedicated group of passionate and skilled, but UNPAID volunteers. Also thanks to Dr Oz and Dr Odbert along with support from Heather Hooper for giving their time freely to provide defib traing with active engement with CPR training. I think we all feel safer knowing we have all these people in our community.

Looking to join a local Choir group

Here’s a little message from Carina who runs the group!

🎶🎵Our community choir will begin again on Thursday 11th January in Shaugh Prior Village Hall from 7:30-8:30pm.

We had so much fun in the weeks before Christmas and we would love more people to be a part of our group.

As it’s a new year, why not try something new and come along and join us next Thursday? We are a friendly bunch who do a lot or laughing as well as singing!!

Are you looking for a new exercise class this year!

Monday 7.30-8.30pm

Join a friendly, welcoming class who enjoy stretching and moving to a variety of easy listening music. No previous experience necessary and your initial class is free (Fee per class £5). Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat for floor work (chairs available for anyone not able to lie on the floor). You’re welcome to do as much or little as you want depending on health issues.

Our first coffee morning of the year is this Saturday pop along and have a catch up.
Bacon rolls, range of home made cakes and hot/ cold drinks on offer.

It’s our last coffee morning of the year this coming Saturday so come along and join us!

Some amazing stalls at our Christmas market happening today come along and join us!

Shaugh Priors Christmas market is tomorrow some fabulous stalls on offer come on down and have a look around, our bar and kitchen shall also be open for some refreshments!
