Hi! My names Ryan, and I am the Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer at MDL Fitness.

I'm Ryan, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be the new Fitness Manager here at MDL Fitness Plymouth. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I'm incredibly excited to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to this wonderful green gym.

My goal as your new Manager is to harness a positive and supportive environment, where we can all thrive on our fitness journeys collectively. Together, we'll create a community that uplifts and motivates each other to reach new heights.

*🚨INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATION ALERT‼️*

120kg down to 83.5kg
18st 12lbs down to 13st 2lbs

Online client Juan absolutely smashing his weight loss goals. Juan came to me struggling with his relationship with food and little knowledge of where to get started in the gym.

We started off with in person sessions to get him comfortable with movements and form. He then moved online where he continued to progress with the help of nutrition and workout programmes.

An incredible journey and transformation with even more to come!

We started off with 80kg deadlifts. We are now all the way up to 125kg for reps! 💪🏼
