Hi everyone - are you a musical theatre fan - who’s ready for ChiChi Fit - Plymouth with Amanda - think Zumba meets Broadway! 🎭

Looking forward to meeting lots of new when fitness meets the stage! Get your jazz hands ready!

Every class will be great for your body, but also fab-u-lous for your mind! A stress reliever and a positive experience dancing and singing out loud (if you want to) to your favourite show tunes! 🩷

Mondays at The Beacon 9.30 - 10.15, drop the kids off at school and make some time for you or fill your retirement with some good fun exercise! All ages welcome! 💙

Mondays at The Wolseley Trust Community Building (behind Co-op) 6.30pm - 7.15pm. After a busy day at work, relieve that stress with a great fun workout! 💚

Fridays at The Woolwell Centre 10am - 10.45.
