The hybrid king Gary has been absolutely flying lately!

Not only has he achieved this killer transformation but he’s also ran a 1hr30 half marathon as well

Building muscle, looking lean and running fast is easy when you follow a plan that works and isn’t based of crazy volume

In a couple of weeks Gary will be doing another half marathon and later this year Valencia marathon too 🏃
