A massive congratulations to Richard Harvey, who put on an impressive performance yesterday to win our double-elimination pool tournament at the Plymouth Snooker Academy! Richard tore through the Winner's Bracket undefeated, capping off a brilliant run with a 4-1 victory in the final to take home the top £300 prize.
A special mention goes to runner-up Steve Blackmore, who put on a serious display of grit. After dropping into the Elimination Bracket, Steve fought through match after match, battling all the way back to the final to earn a well-deserved £160. Fantastic effort, Steve!
Here is the final payout breakdown for the top 6:

Here’s a list of the players so far for tomorrow. Obviously with 21 players the prize money will need to be adjusted but, will sort that tomorrow when we actually know how many entries there are. Also, the frames will be increased. Unfortunately several players have messaged me saying they are on holiday and would’ve entered otherwise so, this of course has made a difference. The prize money at the moment is £630.00 so, still worth going ahead with the tournament.
The draw will be at 10am so, you can still enter until then.
Doors Open at 9:30am
Tournament Starts at 10:00am
Sorry but there won’t be time to practice before the tournament starts.

Please note:
One or two players have thought the tournament is a handicapped one but, it’s not! The handicaps mentioned on the flyer are just indicating the standard of the players allowed to take part.
