This weeks check in weight was 81.80kg, it’s the third time ive been in and around this weight this year and this is by far the best look I’ve had at this weight
Let’s see how the heavier weights compare in the next few weeks🫡

PROGRESS UPDATE ‼️
The photos on the left were taken on July 9th and the photos on the right are from Archie’s latest check in on Thursday!
Archie’s goal and I quote, was to ‘loose body fat and tidy up physique’ and that’s exactly what’s he’s done ✅
We’ll run this initial fat loss phase for another few weeks before moving into his next phase👌🏻
