Fantastic day yesterday at The Atlas Classic Strongman Comp at Lloyds Gym in Exeter, a pleasure to watch 3 TeamOx athletes competing in 3 different categories.

First up, my lovely wife Gemma who is returning to Strongman competition, 4 years after her beginners comp and smashed a really solid 4th place, narrowly missing 3rd by 1 point! Highlights being a joint 1st in the overhead, a 2nd in the dinnie walk and winning the Car Deadlift 👏👏 huge achievement and very proud.

Next up, Ed, Ed put in a huge performance with 2 event wins in The Car Deadlift and The Dinnie Walk. Coming in 4th place in the end, was certain he'd secured 3rd after a fast stone run but 4th was a great way to end a chapter here, we move on to our next phase now.

Lastly, Ed in the opens. What can I say, a huge step up and a huge performance 👏 a mad sandbag run, massive overhead pressing and just consistent across the board, netting us a podium position, coming away with 3rd place in our first opens comp, just outstanding.

Beyond proud of them all and was a pleasure to watch them perform and see the culmination of weeks of graft ending with a perfectly peaked performance all round 👏
