Very proud of TeamOx athlete Dean smashing his competition on Sunday and winning The Battle of Bedford Masters Over 50 division πŸ†πŸ₯‡

We've been working together a number of years now and without doubt this was our best look to date, we came in heavier and fuller and it paid off massively.

Dean puts a ton of work in on a daily basis and just gets the work done and I could not be prouder or happier for him.

Onto the British Finals in 3 weeks and The Universe in November πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

It's been a long journey... 35 years of training...30 years of competing...
Strongman...Powerlifting...Bodybuilding...Stonelifting...Grip/Armsports...ticked them all off...

I've been 22 stone and 40% bodyfat post serious injury...I've been 14 stone and 5% bodyfat on stage... and everywhere in between...

I've ripped, torn and broken everything...I've been at the bottom of the pile...I've been at the top of the pile...

I've experienced massive highs and terrible lows that nearly finished me...I've comeback time and again and competed alongside some of the best athletes in the world...

The experiences I have put myself through have moulded me into the coach I am today and I have no doubt I am a better coach than I have ever been as an athlete, but I've enjoyed every step of the way...

Our bodies are capable of incredible things and we are capable of things we never thought possible...if the effort and drive to improve is there...

I am blessed to work with the athletes in TeamOx that I do, such hugely talented athletes with a huge work ethic and it is amazing to be a small part of their progress through their lifting careers...

My training continues and a further change in goals for me next year is coming most likely...

I currently have a few spots for monthly online coaching...if you're interested in learning and being coached by someone who has walked the walk for decades...who has a vested interest in helping you achieve what you currently think is not possible...whatever your goal...let's chat.

This has been my entire life and now passing on my experience and guidance to others, fulfills my purpose...my calling and it's a real passion...
