Unlucky today guys, there was plenty of effort for all, it was a really tight game and could of went either way to be fair. Just had a five minute period where we switched off and lost control of the game. But we live and learn and go again next week as a team and put that performance behind us, Well done all. ⚽️

Match Report U12s vs Parkway

Today, the scoreline didn’t reflect the game. Ryan and I both felt we played better today than we did last week. Their goals came from our own mistakes, which we’ll learn from, and we created plenty of chances ourselves—we just couldn’t convert them. The game was always going to be difficult with only nine players and no substitutes.
I can already see a real change in this team compared to last season. We’re battling harder for every ball, working together better as a team, and there’s a real togetherness within the squad at the moment, which I’m loving.
Opposition Player of the Match: Corey – Scored today and could easily have had more. He was a constant threat throughout the game. 👏
Coaches’ Player of the Match: Rory – Did everything that was asked of him today. Tackled well, broke up attacks, and linked up brilliantly with the attackers. 👏
Parents’ Player of the Match: Dexter – Ran himself into the ground today, listened to instructions, and defended brilliantly throughout the game. 👏
Keep your heads up, boys. There are plenty of positives to take from today’s performance, and if we keep working hard together, the results will come. 🖤🤍🖤

Match Report U10s vs Saltash Strikers
Tough outing today, and the scoreline definitely doesn’t reflect how hard the boys worked.
Considering the heat and the quality of the opposition who play in the top league a year above and were relentless throughout and not one of them gave up. There were some brilliant passages of football where we had to work together as a team, stay organised, and keep our shape.
A massive well done to every single player today. They all put in a fantastic shift and should be proud of themselves.
As coaches, days like today are actually really valuable. They help us identify the areas we need to work on so we can continue to improve and strengthen as a team.
Congratulations to Fletcher on getting Player of the Match, and to Corey for being named the Opposition’s Player of the Match.
Fletcher – Your work rate was outstanding today. You never stopped running and your constant pressure forced the opposition into mistakes on several occasions. You made some great runs down the wing, played some excellent through balls, and put in some brilliant tackles, well done! 🏆
Corey – Your physical presence was a huge asset today. never gave up after losing possession, and performed really well in both positions you were asked to play and as always some crunching tackles well done! 🏆
Finally, thank you to all the parents and supporters. Win or lose, your continued encouragement and support means a lot to the players and coaches alike.

What a game! Awesome effort from them all today. We showed a never give up attitude and worked as a team right until the final whistle. A slow start from us, which ended up us being a couple of goals down, but chased everything and were organised when we didn’t have the ball, finishing the game the much stronger team. Some amazing passing which led to some great goals today. Well done all.🔥🔥🔥

Match Report U12s vs Chaddlewood ⚽️
Well done to everyone today! We improved as the game went on. We started slowly in the first half, which saw us go 2–0 down.
In the second half, we came alive and started playing football as a team. Rayjon got us back into the game with our first goal before Corey went on to score four brilliant goals. The team took a 5–4 lead, with Tobias making some vital saves to keep us in front.
After a few changes, we started linking up really well, and there were plenty of positives to take away and build on in training.
We enjoyed this one as we’ve worked hard for it, and it’s important that we celebrate the wins. Well done, everyone! 👏⚽
