Just TWO weeks difference between these photos of my client Zoe Hopson. NOW (64.2kg) swipe β‘οΈ to see BEFORE (67.4kg) π
Small changes but noticeable, REMEMBER slow & steady wins the race ππΌ. She came to me wanting to work more on her glutes and overall legs but also to work on her nutrition and macro intake in order to get the best results. Now we all know training and nutrition come hand in hand ππ½
Zoe has 1 session per week with me which we fully focus on her lower body. She trains a total of 4x a week, another session focused on lower body and 2x upper body sessions.
This is credit where itβs due and itβs only the beginning πππ½ & she even hit a cracking PB of 80kg hip thrusts for 12 reps today!! My clients inspire me π₯
