What a weekend for our girls!!!! Champions of ESF Festival of Football butlins minehead!!!!! 🏆

Played 6, won 6, conceded 1 and scored 30!!!!!

Everyone was so proud of how all the girls played, they went into every game with determination, strength and passion to win 🩵.

Not only did they enjoy the football but they had an amazing time making brilliant memories within butlins.

Girls are looking forward to competing again in ESF Festival of Football at butlins this weekend, girls came runners up last year so hoping to go one better.

Today was our last league game of the season. The step up to league 2 has been a huge challenge and the girls have always tried their best.

First half we were aggressive to the ball. With some smart finishing and creative play from both teams.

Second half we stood off a little too much and Marjons took advantage.

Today we knew it would be a tough game with the opponents coming from Div 1 in the first half of the season . The first half was competitive with some lovely football being played.

Second half was a different game and not our best performance, however the Kelliwik keeper made some important saves.

Today we welcomed Saltash Bulldogs to MAP.

Both teams played good passing football with chances being created.

Great to see the girls added aspects of training into the game.

We had a more physical game than technical today and this was a struggle for our girls. In patches we played some nice football but the opposition were more physical then us. Wasn't helped by several injuries (we hope for a speedy recovery for them).

Big shout out to our girls for playing a range of positions and stepping forward to help the team where they could.
