If you are in Plymouth or the surrounding area. I highly recommend checking out this sport. It’s a fast paced 5-a-side game relying on technical skills quite like futsal or 5-a-side football! It’s even perfect if you just want to build some fitness!

American flag football is a 5-a-side version of American football and is now an Olympic sport starting from 2028, come and give it a go!
