Plymouth Marjon Patriots

Est. 2022, our Plymouth Marjon Patriots entered the National Basketball League as a student only men's D3 team.

The team, led by Plymouth City Patriots very own Joe Hart saw great success at offering an additional layer of basketball to the university program. With its success, the links between Plymouth City Patriots and Marjon University strengthened as we became a community offering - we service the students and local community alike with huge spirit. In the 2023/2024 season we have added a women's team

A winning Saturday for both our men and women as we continue in the second half of the 23/24 season.

The women, never seeming to have a simple journey trekked to London to be faced with standstill traffic for the football. Arriving just on time at the Thunderdome, they challenged their opposition coming 3 points up for a well deserved win.

The men played at home to a fantastic crowd to secure their next win against Exeter… they’re primed and ready for tomorrow’s derby against Plymouth Raiders to see who can take the coveted pink sheet!
