Swinging Moorings available Cattewater Plymouth. Deep water no drying out. Access all tides. Only 5 minutes from Plymouth Sound. Only a few vacant each season. Waiting list normally in operation. MBOA Mayflower Boat Owners Association. Not for profit Association. All Mooring blocks, chains, buoys replaced by Cattewater Harbour Plymouth. Maintained by CHC on a yearly full maintenance program. Moorings located directly opposite Mountbatten centre. Tender storage possible at Mountbatten centre outdoor racks and some indoor storage through MBOA. Car parking at Mount Batten Watersports & Activities Centre if member and use of facilities. Or free parking in car park opposite. Use of 2 slipways and pontoon. For more info please contact. Website currently undergoing changes as the association has a new contract with CHC - Cattewater Harbour Commissioners. Working Parties are not required to carry out mooring maintenance as the upkeep and replacement costs are managed by CHC. The use of the moorings runs from 1st April until 30th November. Maintenance then carried out by CHC. If weather permits CHC might release moorings earlier in March.
