Please can anyone still waiting on their remaining items please privately message me. Please don't comment as it won't be seen. I do not use fb and haven't done for about 18 months due to it being a huge trigger of my anxiety. I've logged on quickly to update everyone but will not be active again anytime soon. I've got a handful of people left in the folders and a list of people waiting on a few items.
I have given up the unit due to the huge monthly cost over the past 18 months so now need the last lot gone asap. I can't thank those who have had to wait enough for their patience and understanding.
Please send or share this to anyone you know who may still have stuff to collect.

Thank you to all of you that collected yesterday.
With a huge amount collected over the past two weekends I was able to re-sort the unit and It's made a lot more room! I will now be able to sort the rest and any outstanding items.

Remember if you do not wish to collect or don't want the remaining items I have been doing a charity/auction option. This has been the case with quite a few people and if it makes it easier then I will do all I can to help.

I have my first outing with Zigs next Saturday for the first time since lockdown so will be at the unit on Sunday instead. If I have not contacted you please can you get in touch! You may just have one or two items which is why I've not yet contacted you as those are in one box.

I cannot explain how much I've got to do and lots of people to get back to even for follow up items so I will loose track here and there but re-doing my lists so feel free to contact me directly if you haven't heard from me & I can add you to it. I am doing it all single handedly and with lockdown pushing me back around 5 months unfortunately it has taken much longer than expected. This of course is not ideal not only for you but for me as well causing a lot of stress and costing me a fortune in storage fees. It was already taking a lot longer than predicted and then Covid happened, pushing me back around 5 months as I couldn't access the unit. I am doing my best and can only apologise to those who have had to wait and thank those who have collected promptly when messaged.

I'm sure all of those who have gotten to know me over the years know that I'm an honest person and have always tried to please and I am doing my best to get it done between work and other priorities. The unit remains a top priority and I am keen, as are you to get it completed asap. I am also waiting for certain customers to collect to make room for me to access the back of the unit.

Please can you make sure if I've contacted you regarding collecting your items you reply to any messages and book in a time to collect your items. I must finally get the unit empty and I'm sure those who have been waiting want your items.
I do have a handful of people that I have yet to finish although once I have had all of the collections that are booked in this on this Saturday I will have much more space to finish up those who need final items added to their bags.

Thank you to those who collected last Saturday and have contacted me about appointments this Saturday.

If you do not wish to collect your item(s) and do not want them back you don't need to collect them as there are options for them to go to charity/auction etc but I must be informed if this is what you'd like to do.

Please note if you have been contacted and been given notice to collect and haven't collected by the time the unit needs to be emptied your items will be taken to auction to recover storage fees.
Please note I am super reasonable and this will only happen if you've been given plenty of notice and either not collected or contacted me.

Hope you're doing well and all staying safe.
I will be back at the unit on Saturdays now I have managed to get that day free to finish sorting the unit.

Hi everyone,
I've not posted in a while due to not being on FB due to the anxiety but with all that's going on I thought I'd ought to update.

I've been getting collections ready and have had a lot to follow up on. I've also had a lot of collections so managing to get to the ones I've been unable to. Those with items they're waiting on please stay patient (I know you all have been) but it's been a lot harder than I thought it would. I've been chasing up those with missing items and paying out on ones with items I cannot find. This may be due to the item selling but not being marked or the tag coming off. 7 years worth of stuff is a massive amount!

Unfortunately with the Corona virus and lock down the collections will be on hold until further notice. I am unable to access the unit and safety is the number one priority for us all. Please note your items are safe and secure. Once we all get through the other side of the virus I can assure you I will be back at the unit every Sunday.
I am not active on Facebook nor receive messages on this page so please please message me privately (Rachel Jennings) as I'd hate to miss messages on here and think I'm ignoring anyone.

Qui k update for those with commission items yet to collect...

I've had Christmas and new year off from sorting the unit. I was planning to be back there this sunday/monday coming but unfortunately I had a bit of a nasty riding accident yesterday and was taken to hospital in the ambulance on a spinal board due to the nature of my injuries... Luckily nothing broken in my neck or back just a broken finger and left feeling pretty battered and bruised. I will be back at the unit from Sunday 12th January and continue where I left off.

We made lots of progress yesterday at the unit! Thanks to those who came and collected their items yesterday as well.
I've got around 90% done now and then a few to double check/finalise.
If anybody has stuff with me they would either like to:
Donate to charity, raise money for charity or just get rid of quickly then I will be going to auction once I've completed everything at the unit to take some of my own bits and bobs so am more than happy to take yours with me wether it's money for yourself or charity especially if you're happy to get what you can for it.
If you'd like to do this just drop me a message and I can put you on the auction list :)

Hi everyone, little update for you all,
I've got a load of commission items now all bagged up and ready to be collected.
I'll be messaging those people tonight, you'll have 14 days to collect your items with no charge, after 14 days a storage fee will be added.
I can meet you wether it's at the unit or elsewhere (within reason) if it makes it easier.
Those who have money to collect as well as items it will also be there when you pick up your items.
Those with a massive amount of stuff may not be done just quite yet as it took us 2 hours to sort one lot last week (it was rather a huge amount!) So please bare with me but we're getting there.

Heya everyone,
So today made it official and the lease for the shop was signed over 😢 pretty sad times and it has been a super hard decision to make but I've got to do what's right for me and my mental health. I'm gutted but so happy it's sold to someone who will keep it going as the tack shack is loved by many. The new shop opening is tomorrow so please pop along to support Natalie in her new journey and see what changes she's made, it's looking great!! She's also got cake, refreshments, bubbly and nosecco (alcohol free prosecco!).

I want to thank every single customer, friends, family and locals to the shop who helped me along the way. I couldn't of done it for 7 years without you all & although I'll miss it a lot it's time for me to get myself better & then move on to what's next.

Commission items are all being sorted and messages are going out to those who's items are ready to collect, this is a massive task and will take some time but all commission items will be gathered together and then be ready for you to collect. Once you receive a message regarding collecting your items you'll have 14 days to then collect with no fees/charges.

I've not used my personal Facebook for months now and only use this page to post updates. You can contact me via messenger or mobile but please bare with me whilst I'm sorting out the commission as I'm doing it in my spare time outside of working 5 days a week and doing Ziggy daily so I may not reply straight away.
