Ability groups are split to 3, 4, 5 & 6 miles

Good evening everyone. Every Thursday at the ymca opposite the old kitto college honicknowl lane we run our beginners group with the ymca and the past few weeks it's been really successful with so many joining us. So if you want to join us please come along next Thursday 6:15 for a 6:30 start. One group steady 3 ish miles ,relaxed and friendly.

Happy 2024 everyone. We are back. 1st run of the year for us all tonight. Thursday we are at crownhill and next week George Park and ride ( plus a carvery ) and central park. Great run tonight despite the cold weather. Colin.

Tonight we had our annual ocrc Christmas present run to derrifords children's ward. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated a present tonight and the nurses on the children's ward have asked me to pass on their thanks as well. You have all made a child's Christmas that little bit better.

Good evening everyone. Tomorrow we are running our hospital run and hand out presents to the children’s ward at Derriford Hospital.
No child should have to spend Christmas in hospital but sadly there are times when life throws that challenge and they have to, but we like to make their Stay that much better by giving them a small Christmas present. We are meeting at crownhill library at 6pm runnijg the short distance to derriford, hand the staff the presents and running on back down. If anyone wants to donate anything or run with us then please meet us at 6pm outside Crownhill library where we will have a driver waiting to drive the gifts to the hospital and await the runners. A request from the hospital is please make sure the Gifts are not wrapped so the staff know what they can hand out to each child. Let's make their Christmas a little bit special.
It's free of charge to run . But you don't have to run if you want to just donate a present.

Massive congratulations to team mates that completed running events in Bideford, Cornwall marathon & in Porto
OCRC beginners. With the storm weather warning, I feel it’s the right decision to push back the start of our new group to next week.
We will now start on Thursday 9th @ YMCA 6.30pm.
Sorry for any inconvenience , but safety is absolutely key.

Tavy 7 - Tavistock AC Tavistock AC’s long-standing 7-mile road race on its third course since it was started in the late 1980s. It is now held on Dartmoor on an undulating but fantastically scenic course in late October.
