Recently there has been a lot of interest in core strengthening exercises, general exercise to increase range of movement, self defence and chi kung/Tai Chi style exercise.
I have done some split sessions recently combining massage therapy and core strength training, it has been well received and enjoyable. Feel free to call and discuss or mix things up during your next booking.
