As Summer Cruise 2026 in Sicily gets closer (just 16 days to go!), we can’t help but look back at last year’s unforgettable adventure through Croatia 🇭🇷✨

From exploring hidden coves to soaking up endless sunshine and diving into the clearest blue waters, it set the bar pretty high… but Sicily is already calling 🌊

This year, we’re beyond excited to sail along the breathtaking Italian coastline — where dramatic volcanic landscapes meet sparkling turquoise seas. Picture rugged cliffs dropping into crystal-clear water, charming coastal villages tucked into the hillsides, and sunsets that light up the entire horizon in shades of gold and pink 🌅

We’re counting down the days to swim in those unreal waters, cruise past iconic islands, and experience the raw, natural beauty that makes Sicily so special 🩵☀️🇮🇹

Earlier this month we had our annual Colours Dinner at the Royal Western Yacht Club. Thank you everyone who attended, it was an amazing evening and a great way to finish the year, and congratulations everyone who got colours. We hope everyone has enjoyed being part of the club this year, and meeting new people, getting out on the water and gaining more experience sailing.

Thank you to our graduating committee members who are leaving us this year, Emily, Sophie, Matthieu, Archie and Nick, we wish you luck in whatever your future may bring!

For the rest of the club we look forward to seeing many of you at our summer cruise in Sicily. For our returning members who can’t make the summer cruise we look forward to seeing you in September. Finally for our members who are leaving us this year, thank you for choosing to join our club and we wish you best of luck in your future endeavours and sailing!

Friday nights done right ⛵️🌅

Our J80s and members have been out on the water taking part in the Friday night racing, a fantastic way to sharpen racing skills, gain confidence on the helm, and enjoy some friendly competition.

Even better, it’s been the perfect opportunity to socialise, develop racing skills, and build a strong team spirit both on and off the water.

Cawsand Cruise!! 🌊🍦⛵

We’re excited to be teaming up with the UPSC for a brilliant sail across to Cawsand! Once we arrive, we’ll be enjoying well-earned ice creams and Cornish pasties by the beach 🍦🥟☀️
