Different styles of training🥊

22/08/2026

Being part of a martial arts club is about so much more than learning techniques, improving fitness and working towards your next grading. It is also about community, friendships, confidence and supporting one another.

Although the dojo is where we train, it is also important to have opportunities to meet up outside of training. Socialising together allows students, families and instructors to get to know each other in a relaxed environment, away from the pressure of training and grading.

Spending time together outside the dojo can help build stronger friendships and a build confidence and self-esteem.

Socialising is also important for mental wellbeing.

This is why our club is not just about martial arts. We want to create a family atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, respected and included.

Train together. Support each other. Socialise together. Grow together.
