Here are 5 mindset shifts for everyday calm- it is so important for us to focus on our environment and mindset when looking at our health, goals and lifestyle.

Mindset is everything when it comes to lifestyle change 💖
Just a reminder here today 😊
I often think people may not understand why I bake and post about sweet treats, meals that are not what is deemed as 'healthy' as a health practitioner and PT.
But i am a true believer of balance.
Having a healthy relationship with food is somthing I am truly trying to undertake and show people. Our bodies need fuel! Fuel to train, fuel to live, fuel to perform.
And this does not have to be chicken and rice everyday, while yes in certain situations or if your trying to achieve a certain goal- like I am at the moment to fit into my pageant dress... yes my bad for buying a dress to small 😅😬- eating in a controlled manner or deficit based system can help you reach this goal.
But true health comes from prioritising nutrious foods and getting in all your vitamins and minerals, we need around 30g fibre a day and at a minimum 5 different fruits and veggies a day- 32 different plant points a week!
But this is not about cutting out the things you enjoy as long as its in moderation. That's the key word, moderation having a balanced diet.
So no having a sweet treat is not going to ruin your results, enjoy a treat every now and again guilt free! Because we shouldn't be feeling guilty for having somthing we enjoy, consider it fuel for your next big workout ;)
And for those who are on diets or trying to loose weight, sometimes incorporating your favourite treat into your plan every now and again is actually helpful as it can prevent cravings and binging later on.
So enjoy your treat, dont feel guilty and remember everyone is on their own journey with their own needs and requirements, but I am still going to be here showing you yummy foods alongside training and cheerleading !
