For those that know me and my spiritual path, to have a whole day free and to not somehow be working on myself or my work in some way, is unheard of 🤣..
.but in keeping with letting go and Spirit leading, I found myself with an impromptu day off!!

And so I walked a little of the South West Coastal Path 😍 🩵 oh my word.. ✨️ I am feeling very blessed, very grateful and a little bit tired 🙏🥰

I can’t believe we are in October already and heading towards the end of 2026!

What a year this has been for a lot of us. And now more than ever, it is so important for us to live and be true to ourselves, our hopes, dreams and Light.

There are 3 more Live Your Light meetups this year.

If you have wondered what the group is about and what you might gain from coming, I thought I would share some of the benefits.

What does it mean to Live Your Light?

To Live Your Light is about living our life fully. Making the most of who we are. Embodying our Divinity, Soul Essence and True Nature. Living mindfully, consciously, in the here and now. Being real, with integrity, aligned in our Truth. What you see is what you get! We walk our talk and practice what we preach!

What are the benefits of Living Your Light?

The benefits are infinite and at the deepest level, actually beyond words! Physically we are regulated, we are in flow, our body, mind, soul, working in sync. And when we are out of balance we know how to help ourselves. At our core we are coherent; we feel secure, at home in who we are. Aligned, we can see and act upon opportunities and grow through life’s challenges, leading us to greater awareness and expression of Self. We have an innate appreciation for life which is returned tenfold.

What will you experience from the group?

The group is a sacred, transformational space, in which to feel safe, supported and understood. Connecting with like-minded friends, we are seen and met as we grow and learn in becoming Who We Truly Are. Being part of something greater, together, we can intentionally make a difference on a wider scale, helping others to Remember and contributing to the Earth we inhabit.
